Description:

What do we need to announce?

Before December 31, April 2019, all supported Oracle database release must be patched to the lowest Patchset/PSU/RU to ensure the normal operation of database links. This article only applies to the installation of the database server. The interaction between the database server and the database client is not affected by this Patch.

What actions do you need to take?

For All database release versions earlier than 12.2.0.1, make sure that all connected databases have applied the patchset/PSU/BP levels or higher patchset/PSU/BP levels mentioned below.
