Typically, the styles in word2007 are arranged in the order of the first letter of the style name, but sometimes we do not want to arrange alphabetically. In fact, we can also adjust the order of the list style. The procedure is described as follows:
Step 1th, open the Word2007 document window and click the Display Style Window button in the Styles group in the start Ribbon.
Step 2nd, in the Open Styles pane, click the Manage Styles button.
Step 3rd, open the Manage Styles dialog box and switch to the Recommended tab. You can see a recommendation level on the left side of each style in the list of styles. Select the style where you want to change the recommended rating (that is, change the order), and then click Move Up, Move down, place last, or assign value to change the recommended rating. Set Finish Click OK.
Step 4th, return to the Styles pane and click the Options button.
Step 5th, in the Open Style Pane Options dialog box, click the Sort by select list Drop-down button, select the by recommended option in the Open Sort list, and click OK to change the style order.
