① Start-> running, enter msconfig and press Enter. On the "services" tab, find "contrlcenterofstormmedia" and remove the check box. The worker process will still come out automatically. The following steps are critical and necessary.

② Control panel-> Administrative Tools-> services, find "contrlcenterofstormmedia", double-click, click "stop" in service status, select "disabled" or "Manual" in Startup Type"
