When the taskkill/pid process number is used to kill iexplore, the shutdown interface is displayed. If the operation is canceled, oci. dll is still in use. If taskkill/pid process number/f is used to forcibly kill the process,
The desktop program will not be displayed. In this case, restart the iexplore process.
Ctrl + alt + delete, open the task manager, click File> new task in the upper left corner, enter the program name iexplore.exe to enable the process, and display the Desktop
