In the client's link, form request path, "/" means http://localhost:8080/, and for the path of the action in the form, if the request is made to the servlet, write the request's relative address directly, for example: <form action= " Login "method=" POST "></form>. Similarly, if it is a link: <a href= "Login" ></a>; if it is accessing other JSPs under the project, it should be written as:

<form action= "/webapp/login.jsp" method= "post" ></FORM>, for links written as: <a href= "/webapp/login.jsp" ></ A>
