The mobile phone cannot be connected with activesync3.8. When the mobile phone is connected to the data line, the computer does not respond, and the icon in the taskbar does not turn green. Check that the software on the computer is correct.

Solution:
An error occurred while setting the options in the mobile phone's ActiveSync. So it cannot be connected.


Operation Method: Choose "start"> "ActiveSync" on your phone, and choose "menu"> "option... -> PC settings-> go to the menu-> advanced to hook up "enable PC synchronization with this connection type", select USB below.
