The production of PPT scrolling subtitle and the technique of synchronization with music

Generally in the film, the end of the TV series, are accompanied by a wonderful music, scrolling shows the director, the writer, the staff list. This can be done in PowerPoint as well, adding a bit of flavor to our slides and thanking supporters behind a successful demo.

First prepare a piece of WAV format music, you can download from the Internet, you can record, and PowerPoint presentation files in the same folder. You can view and write down the length of time in a player such as media Player, where I choose 32 seconds for music.

★ If you just want to intercept a piece of music as a soundtrack, in addition to the use of cooledit such as professional audio processing software to complete, you can also borrow the usual we often use the player software to complete:

1. Open MP3 Music file playback in KMPlayer, press Alt+a to bring up the Audio interception window, set the save path for the interception music in the output box, and then when playing to the desired music start, click "Start" to the end of the desired music and click "Stop".

2. Because PowerPoint only supports WAV format, it needs to be converted. In listening to open the above intercepted MP3 file, right click, select "Transform format", the "output format" set to "Wave file Output", and then set the target folder to save the file, and finally click "Convert Now" on it.

★ In KMPlayer, when playing music, press the ALT+J key to quickly bring up the "File Information" window, where the playtime item shows the length of the current music. In Windows Media Player, you can also see the length of time for the current music by executing the file → Properties command.

Select the text box, and then click the Add Effect button in the Custom Animation pane, select motion path → up, and the text box is added to scroll up the animation effect. At this point in the edit state, you can see that the text box has a two-sided path of green and Red arrows, drag to adjust its length and direction, you can control the length and direction of text scrolling.

In the Custom Animation pane, set start to after. Click the animation item that you added in step three, select effect Options from the Drop-down menu (see Figure 2), in the Open Options dialog box, click the Drop-down button to the right of sound, and select "Other sounds". Import the music files that we have prepared in the first step.

In the Options dialog box, click the Timing tab, set delay to 0 seconds, set speed to the same length as the soundtrack (set to 32 seconds), and then return (see Figure 3). Click the play button below the Custom Animation pane to preview the effect, and if the scrolling animation is not in tune with the soundtrack, you can adjust the path line to make the animation more fluid. Finally press F5 to play a slide show and enjoy the movie-style slide "finale".

On the last slide in the PowerPoint presentation, create a text box and enter the text, which I entered as a list of thanks. Drag and drop the text box below the slide, as shown in Figure 1. Click the Zoom Drop-down button on the Standard toolbar and choose 25% or 33% to display the slides and text boxes in full. Then execute the slide show → Custom animation menu command, and open the Custom Animation pane on the right.
