After Windows 7 is reinstalled, the program is interrupted when Dreamweaver is installed. Is the system not modified?

After a series of troubleshooting, I finally found the source of the error and shared it with you.

Step 1: In the command window, enter services. msc to enter the service and check whether the windows Installer Service has been started.

The Windows Installer Service is a software package provider that adds, modifies, and deletes a Windows Installer (*. msi). If this service is disabled, any service fully dependent on it will not be started.

Step 2: Check the DCOM Server Process Launcher service, set the Startup Type to automatic, and start

Step 3: Check the Remote Procedure Call (RPC) service, set the Startup Type to automatic, and start

If the above three steps are not properly installed, you must restart the computer.
