No registered class (Exception from hresult:0x80040154 (Regdb_e_classnotreg))

Workaround:

This problem occurs mainly because of compatibility issues with 32-bit operating systems and 64-bit operating systems.
Solution: 1, right click on the solution, click the Properties button to bring up the Properties window.
2. Click on the Configuration tab to change the platform to X86.
3, if the location does not have X86 platform, click Configuration Manager, create a new x86 platform.


Click OK to change the platform to x86 and rebuild the solution.
