First, open the material picture, press CTRL + J to copy the background layer, as shown below.

Second, choose the menu: Filter > Seven degrees of chinese > Noise ware, open this filter.

Third, enter the main interface, you can see the choice is more, the top can choose to preview the way, the left has to reduce noise level, noise reduction, details and other options. Including the parameters are more, adjust the time to explore their own slowly, different materials set parameters are not the same.

Click on the option "frequency" next to the details and set the parameters. Here high frequency, medium frequency, low frequency, very low four options are very important, need to adjust flexibly, if only need smooth effect can set the value to the maximum, here we also need to maintain a little detail, high frequency value can be slightly reduced.
