Problem Reason:

Random numbers cause thread blocking.

Tomcat keeps booting, shutting down, starting off. After a few times, there will be a card death condition. Takes a long time to load complete

Aliyun the same configuration, the same system, it is difficult to appear card dead condition. It will be released even after a few 10 seconds. and Tencent Cloud Ubuntu will not Tencent Cloud CentOS do not know.

Multiple startup shutdown, resulting in a random number of time causing the thread to block, and then stuck to death.

Add in Tomcat bin/catalina.sh
