This is what I wrote two years ago. My boss told me that I didn't go to bed all night, which was very exciting!

In the past two years, I changed my job nine times, from WAP development to network management. The shortest 11 days, the longest is this time. At that time, I was not sure what I was doing. Job hopping was a means for me to acquire new knowledge. Job hopping made me angry.

When I came to this new environment, I started to feel pretty good. I really wanted to do it well. In fact, I haven't been in a company for so long. I used to have many projects and wanted to pull them to my company. However, I am disappointed with the many things and actions of the company. I thought that I had the development and pre-development (money) path only when I worked with a wise, decisive, and charming leader.

I have been working in a private company for so long, and I am very familiar with the boss's hard work and the boss is also very difficult, so I have little interest to say. I quit when I can't stand it. But I think there are some things I have to tell you (I don't say no one will tell you, which is one of the reasons I want to resign ):

1. As a boss, you shouldn't ask questions about trivial matters. The boss should do something big and horizontally. It is uncomfortable to stare at the employees all day. For example, who is the computer used for? How are you late and leaving? About reimbursement and so on. Although small, the boss's image is destroyed.

I have never seen a boss calculate the annual salary of each employee and send it to each employee.

Is this so approachable?

2. Correction. Office expenses should be saved, the Internet should not be on the ground without restrictions, the car should not be played at will, the phone bill cannot be reported at will, and the travel cost cannot be too high ...... However, do not be too harsh; otherwise, employees will complain.

3. Be fair. Late for fee deduction, so what about overtime? Work must be focused on efficiency, rather than work hours. Whether or not work can be completed depends on self-consciousness. Why do I have to go to or from work? I dozed off when I went to work on time, and I had an asshole! For example, how many times have you been late? Can you say you didn't work hard at work?

I'm glad that you provided me insurance, but you did not do well in this case. Why are people treated differently? Some people do not (maybe I don't know what to do )? This is unfair to others. How can you keep people's hearts? This kind of trick is completely personal behavior, not corporate behavior.

4. count the number of words. When I came, a Mao made it clear that the annual salary for this year is calculated by one year. However, when John leaves, there is no evidence to follow. If you don't remember it, I don't even know it. I have sold my strength to the company, and I have completed all the work I have handed over to me. I have earned my annual salary for the XXX project, and there will be more projects this year (but you may think it is very small ). There is no profit in the company's network and wiring, and it has nothing to do with me. I decided to leave because I had no double salary or reward at the end of the year, and I had to pay for it.

5. when we use personal behaviors to manage the company, we think that the company is mine. The management company can be said to be at will, and the company's management is a mess. It is up to a single person to say that the narrow private property psychology is at odds, typical economic thinking of small farmers.

6. I prefer to work freely. I don't have the constraint. I like to have the space to exert my abilities. My company is not suitable for me.

How do I work with people in Northwest China (drinking alcohol, three companions, and taking money) and how do I think about problems (the user is too Supreme, what is dignity ?) I can't communicate with each other. I don't want to do any projects in the northwest, so I am useless in the company.

In the past nine months, I have been playing a complex game. I have been in Lanzhou for more than ten days (it would have taken one or two days ), after a while, I went to the Dongdan telephone Bureau to do debugging that could not have been completed (tasks that could not have been completed), or told the user some nonsense stories, and did a lot of meaningless and thankless work, I didn't learn anything (but I tried a thousand words ). A lot of time is wasted, but the sense of satisfaction and achievement is not completed.

My work is totally different from what I expected when I came to the company. I think you do not know what I am good at, what I like, and what I hate.

7. The company is like a small workshop. When a monk hits for a day, there is no sense of security. No matter how brilliant the company was, at least the company lacks the atmosphere. What's more, we don't rely on technical strength for projects. In other words, the company is willing to make a fortune in engaging in relationships, but it has never been technical. It has not invested any technical capital for a year. This may be the difference between technology and businessmen.

8. There are too many problems with the company. If you don't want to write it, you may not love it either.

In short, the reason why I resigned after less than a year in the company is that the development space provided by the company is limited and the ability shown by myself is not appreciated by the boss. My principle for changing jobs over the years is: Since the boss does not give him a development opportunity, he will not give the boss a chance to resign and leave.

You may be able to find employees who are better than me with a 0.1 million-year salary, but you should never think that you can keep a technician's heart only by the 0.1 million-year salary. Now is an era of two-way choice and mutual fried squid, and no company is running. I am willing to be honest with the company, and the company must be worthy of me.

My resignation will not have any impact on the company. I hope the company will flourish.
