The third and fourth chapters are all about teamwork.

We don't forget our original purpose when we do the project. We are going to implement a thing. Whether this thing is small to a hand-called tool, or a way to answer tens of millions of projects, our goal is to achieve it. Do not "Do" the project, but to "organize" the project.
