Solution (modify registry ):

1. You need to set the registry key (Run regedit ).

Main \ featurecontrol \ feature_bfcache.
For 64-bit operating systems: Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ wow6432node \ Microsoft \ Internet Explorer \
