The screen prompts "toner insufficiency" or "toner exhausted". How can this problem be solved? (SCX-4521F, SCX-4521FH)

Symptom:The screen prompts "insufficient Toner" or "used up Toner ".

 
Cause:1. Low toner volume.
2. The life of the toner cartridge has reached.

The solution is as follows:

 
1. When the machine screen prompts "insufficient Toner", it indicates that the amount of toner is low. By shaking the remaining toner in the toner box, the printing quality can be restored temporarily. Perform the following operations to shake the toner cartridge:

1. Open the front door.

 

2. Pull the toner cartridge outward and remove it from the printer.

 

3. Shake the toner box 5 to 6 times to make the toner distribution even.

 

4. Open the toner cartridge handle and hold it. Insert the toner cartridge into the machine until it is put into place.

  

5. Close the front door.

 

After completing the above operations, if the problem cannot be solved, we recommend that you replace the original Samsung toner cartridge.

2. When the machine screen prompts "toner used up", it indicates that the life of the toner cartridge has reached, and Samsung's original toner cartridge needs to be replaced. The operation for changing the toner cartridge is as follows:

1. Open the front door.

  

2. Pull the toner cartridge outward and remove it from the printer.

 

 

3. Remove the toner cartridge from the packaging bag, tear the packaging tape, and remove the wrapping paper used to protect the toner cartridge.

 

4. Shake the toner box 5 to 6 times to make the toner evenly distributed.

 

5. Open the toner box handle and hold it. Insert the toner box into the machine until it is put into place.

 

6. Close the front door.
