After searching the Internet, we found that the SCSI/RAID Controller is the "driver" of the [Virtual optical drive]. This problem occurs: 1) the virtual optical drive is not fully detached. 2) after the virtual optical drive is installed, a Ghost image is backed up and the virtual optical drive is uninstalled. In this case, the system is restored to a Ghost backup, resulting in the remaining files of the virtual Optical Drive. > Solution:
Reinstall the virtual optical drive and then uninstall it completely (preferably the previously installed virtual optical drive ). Author: bath520
