The secret to transferring large quantities of Outlook mail

In order to make contact convenient, I usually use Outlook to send and receive mail, and I also set up my own mailbox on the company's computer, so also can receive the letter in the company. But a long time, this mailbox also store a lot of mail, in order to facilitate management, I intend to copy these emails to their home mailbox, but so many of the mail, how to copy it becomes a more troublesome problem.

If you have only a small number of messages, the easiest way to do this is to open the message then click "File" and click "Save as" to save the message to your floppy disk or flash drive, and then start Outlook on your computer, and drag the message from your floppy disk or flash drive to your inbox. As you can see, this is not too complicated, but if I have hundreds of e-mails in my inbox, it would be too much trouble if I did it this way.

After my groping, I finally found a way to transfer a large number of messages at once: first I open my inbox in the company, press "Ctrl A" to select all the messages (of course you can also choose according to your own needs, hold down CTRL to select multiple messages at the same time), and then click the right mouse button, select " Forward by attachment, when Outlook automatically generates a new message (Figure 1), all of the messages you choose are placed in the attachment bar, and then the most critical step is to click "file → save Attachments" On the new mail, and then we can save the attachment to one of my designated directories (Figure 2). The fact is that all the messages are saved to our designated directory, and then we will save all the mail copy to their home computer, and then drag to their home Inbox, complete the transfer of the entire message. This way you can easily transfer any message in Outlook, and you want to help with Outlook.
