Reason: The environment variable is not configured.

Workaround:
To configure environment variables automatically:
Go to the command line prompt cmd and go to the installation directory
D:/program Files/apache-tomcat-6.0.29/bin, enter Service.bat install.

Double-click Tomcat6.exe and you can run it.

To manually configure environment variables:
environment variable Settings java_home: Install directory/JAVA/JDK
PATH: Install directory/java/jdk/bin
Catalina_home: Installation directory/tomcat
