In the past, the user's system was well used and suddenly said that the login homepage was visible, but he could not enter the system.

The SQL Server cannot be accessed, and the user name and password have not been changed.

Open the SQL Server Configuration Manager and find that the SQL Server service is stopped. If you try to start it, it will always fail. In addition, TCP/IP is also disabled in network configuration. Enable it first.

Ask if you have changed the password recently. This may be the reason.

Open the properties of SQL Server, log on to the tab with the current account as the identity, re-enter the new password, and then confirm. Then start the service and the system enters smoothly.
