The SVN in Eclipse, is the point project right-click Team, only show the Apply Patch, Share Project Solution

Problem Description: When the computer shuts down in Eclipse, and then the items inside are gone, the locally saved items are imported into the workspace, but when you are ready to submit the code to SVN, you find that when you right-click the project team, there are no submissions, only apply Patch, Share Project.
