Method 1: Click Start and run "gpedit. msc"
Open Group Policy
Click "user configuration"-manage template-Windows Components-Windows Installation Service
Set "Prohibit installation from media" to "Disable ",
Set "always install with high privileges" to "enable"
Method 2: First, check whether the current user has administrator permissions;
Install ikernel.exe later;
If not, delete all files under the system installation directory ProgramFiles \ commonfiles \ InstallShield \ engine and then install them.
If not, Run "msiexec/unregserver" to stop the windowsinstaller service;
Install instmsiw.exe. (the root directory of the officexp installation disk is available. You can also download it from the Internet.
Decompress WinRAR to the specified directory.
Go to the directory, right-click MSI. inf, and select "Install ",
Right-click mspatcha. inf and choose install;
Finally, Run "msiexec/regserver" to enable the Service.
