Cause analysis:
This user is disabled by the administrator and cannot be logged on normally. You must re-enable the account to use it.
Solution:
1. Restart the computer: click "OK" in the figure above, and find the "restart" button in the lower right corner;
2. Enter safe mode: Press the 'f8' key on the disk when you restart the system. Advanced options are displayed. Select 'safe mode' as the direction key and press enter to enter;
3. At this time, the system will be automatically logged on (an account with a password needs to enter a password to log on). At this time, there will be no account deactivation prompt; click the Start menu in the lower left corner of the system desktop, right-click computer and choose manage ';
4. As shown in the figure, open 'user', find your account, double-click it, and remove the check box before 'account disabled '. Then, restart the computer.
If you are not sure which account you are using, except for 'admin' and 'guest ', each account is tested in the same way. You can log on after restarting.
