Search on the Internet is that there is a problem with the encoding method of this situation, so look at my coding situation, found that there are no problems. So start troubleshooting, remove the CSS style sheet, title does not show. It seems that there is a problem with the style.
 
After troubleshooting, the previously written reset styles are found below.

Then it appears that the next browser defaults to Display:none. Because title is also a label, it works on the CSS, so removing this display:block is normal.
