After a 3G/4G vro with a built-in SIM card is inserted into the network card, the wireless signals of the vro connected to the mobile phone and computer cannot access the Internet. Please refer to the following methods for troubleshooting:
If the vro cannot find the SIM card, the screen will prompt "please insert SIM card". At this time, make sure that the SIM card is correctly inserted into the card slot and the front and back are correctly placed.
Note:If you use a small card, use a standard card set. The Nano card is not supported.
If the SIM card has been found on the vro but cannot be identified by the software, the screen may appear

Different 3G/4G routers of our company may support different carrier networks. Please make sure that your SIM card and vro support the same 3G/4G standard. For example, TL-TR961 2500 mobile only supports mobile TD-LTE and TD-SCDMA, cannot use Unicom WCDMA or FDD-LTE SIM card.
You can go to the product center on our official website to view the operators supported by the corresponding vro and the 3/4G standard.
Generally, after the SIM card is inserted, the router automatically connects to the network without special settings. If you modify some Internet parameters, the vro may fail to connect to the Internet. Restore the router to factory settings.
Reset method:Press the RESET button of the vro for 5 seconds. The corresponding indicator will flash or the screen will prompt you.
Make sure that the SIM card does not fail to access the Internet due to traffic depletion or poor CIOs. Switch the SIM card to your mobile phone or another 3G/4G router for testing.
