The fault is caused by disabled Guest users accessing users' computers, network settings problems, or computer viruses.
Solution:
1. Select "Control Panel"> "Administrative Tools"> "Computer Management"> "local users and groups" to check whether the Guest of the accessed computer is enabled.
2. Check the security settings of the accessed computer. Enter the "gpedit. msc" command (6-21) in the "run user" box and click "OK.
3. Open the Group Policy window. Select "Computer Configuration"> "Windows Settings"> "Security Settings"> "Local Policy"> "User Privilege assignment, double-click the "Deny access to this computer from network" option on the right of the window, as shown in 6-22.
4. Open the "Deny access to this computer from the network" dialog box, select the Guest user, and click "delete. 6-23.
5. The fault disappears after the computer is restarted.
