1. Right-click "computer"-"device manager" on the desktop on the computer, and click "menu bar-> view-> sort devices by connection" on the displayed page:
2. As shown in the figure above, the device should be a usb storage device, and then go to the directory:, find a folder starting with usb Stor, copy and download the folder, and paste it on the desktop, as shown in the figure:
Open the usbstor _ ***** folder on the desktop and copy its path. As shown in the following figure:
3. Copy the path, return to the Device Manager, right-click the device, and select update driver software, as shown in the following figure:
4. Next, place the copied path in the green box in the figure above, and click OK, as shown in the figure:
5. After the driver is loaded, select next to install the driver. As shown in the following figure:
6. Some systems will prompt you to select "always install", as shown in the figure:
7. If the driver is successfully installed, it will be shown in the figure below:
8. Go back to the Device Manager to view the device, as shown in the following figure:
9. After the driver is installed, the usb flash drive will automatically recognize the usb flash drive. As shown in the following figure:
After that, you will find that your usb has been recognized and the problem has been solved. We will back up the data on the usb disk in the future.
