Final effect

1, a new 600 * 400 pixel file, open the character material dragged in, the following figure.

2, create hue/saturation adjustment layer, the picture into black and white effect.

3, create a color balance adjustment layer, the shadow, midtones, high light adjustment, the parameters set the following figure.

4, merge all layers, and named "Girl".

5. Create a new layer fill white, move to the "girl" layer, go back to the girl layer, double-click the layer style, set the blending options, hold down the ALT key to adjust the White field slider, the following figure. Then merge all the layers and name it "girl."

6, create a new layer below the background layer fill white. Then select the girl layer, press CTRL + J 7 times, and copy the 7 copy layers. Hide the copy layer, select the "Girl" layer, perform: filter > Blur > Motion blur, Angle set to "22", distance set to 484. OK after the execution: filter > Art effect > Watercolor, Parameter set as shown below, determine the layer opacity change to: 60%.

7, select the "Girl Copy" layer, the same implementation: Filters > Blur > Dynamic blur, the angle set to 22, the distance set to 247, determined after the execution: filter > Art effect > Watercolor, numeric Default. When you are sure, change the opacity of the layer to: 85%. Execution: Edit > Transform > Rotate Clockwise 90 degrees, confirm after execution: filter > Twist > Shear, Parameter Set as follows, OK after execution: Edit > Transform > Counterclockwise 90 degrees,

7, press CTRL + T deformation, slightly pressure narrow, the following figure.

8, add layer mask, rotate black and white gradient pull bottom transparent effect.

9, change the blending mode to "multiply the bottom", the effect is as follows.

10, show "Girl Copy 2", execute: Filter > Brush Stroke > Spray Stroke, line length is 20, radius 20, stroke direction "right diagonal"; Confirm before execution: filter > Brush stroke > Angled Line, Value: 100/50/10. When you are sure, change the opacity of the layer to: 70%. Double-click the layer to bring up the layer style, set the blending options, set the parameters as follows: Filter > Blur > Gaussian blur, Value 0.8, and then change the layer blending mode to "strong light".

10, show "Girl Copy 3", execute: Filter > Brush stroke > Angled Line, Value: 50/14/3. After determination: Filter > Blur > Gaussian blur, the value is 0.4, and then change the layer blending mode to "multiply".

11, show "Girl Copy 4", the Opacity to: 85%, hold down the ALT key to add a layer mask, with a white brush to wipe out the characters, the effect of the following figure.

12, back to "Girl Copy 3", and "Copy 2" layer, also hold down the ALT key to add a layer mask, with a white brush to erase the required parts, the effect of the following figure.

13, back to the "Girl Copy 5" layer, change the blending mode to "color deepen", hold down the ALT key to add a layer mask, with a white brush to erase the required parts.

14, go back to "Girl Copy 6" layer, execute: Filter > Styling > Illuminate Edge, Value: 1/20/10, confirm after execution: image > Adjust > Brightness/contrast, value: 150/100. Then change the layer blending mode to "multiply", opacity to 75%, alt-click to add a layer mask, and use a white brush to erase the desired portion.

15. Back to "Girl copy 7" layer, execute: filter > Blur > Motion blur, Value: 0/600, OK after execution: filter > Art effect > Watercolor, numeric Default. Re-execute: Filter > Twist > Shear, slightly tweaked to bend a little. When you are sure, press CTRL + T to change the angle and then change the blending mode to "color deepen" and the opacity to: 80%. Alt-Click to add a layer mask, with a white brush to wipe out the required parts, the effect of the following figure.

16, open the texture material, drag in, press CTRL + Shift + U go color, blending mode to "darken", the effect of the following figure.

17, create hue/saturation adjustment layer, parameter settings as shown below, check the "coloring" option.

18, the mask filled with black, with a white brush to wipe out the eyelid part, the following figure.

Finally, adjust the details and finish the final result.
