"System Restore" is a function of Windows XP, similar to "Last correct configuration" in Windows NT and Windows 2000 ". You can use the "System Restore" functionProgramFile backup restores the system to the previous state. However, the "Last correct configuration" is to restore the computer to a Windows-ready state, while "System Restore" allows you to select a State that can be restored to the computer. That is to say, "System Restoration" retains multiple restore points, not just the last restore point. Although this feature is required, it should be temporarily disabled in some cases. For example, if a computer is infected with a virus, "System Restore" may also back up the virus. By default, Windows will prevent external programs from modifying the system restoration function. Therefore, you may accidentally recover the infected file, or the online scan program detects the infection at this location.
