The way to disguise classified documents as MP3 songs with WinRAR.

The first step is to put the file you need to encrypt and a regular MP3 song in the same folder. In the WinRAR main window, select file → Browse folder (pictured below)

In the second step, specify the folder in the pop-up dialog box, and then click the OK button to return to the main window.
