The webpage has no sound, but QQ or music software has sound. Why?

1. Here we use the browser as an example. Open the  browser and check whether the webpage in the lower right corner is muted, as shown in the following figure.

2. If there is a red line on the speaker, the webpage will be muted. You only need to click the speaker to cancel the mute.
