The website encounters the error number 0x80245003 cannot update, how to do?

Error number:0x80245003. WindowsUpdate encountered an error and could not display the requested page.

Cause of failure

This problem occurs because of a problem with the file identification number in the SoftwareDistribution folder.

A failure occurs when the Wuredir.cab file (Redirectorid) in this folder is redirected for download.

Solving method

Click "Start" and "Run" in turn. In the Open box, type cmd, and then click the OK button. As shown in Figure 1 run:

In the Command Prompt window, enter "net stop Wuauserv" and press "enter" to stop the Automatic Updates service. As shown in Figure 2, enter "net stop Wuauserv":

Continue to enter "rmdir/s%windir%softwaredistributionwuredir" at the command prompt at Figure 2, pressing the "Enter" key. Enter "Y" and press the "enter" key. As shown in Figure 3, enter "Y":

Finally enter "net start Wuauserv", press "enter" key, start Automatic Updates service. As shown in Figure 4, enter "net start Wuauserv":

Use the Microsoft Windows Update Web site to install updates again.
