Solution (for Office2007 ):
1. Click "Microsoft Office" and then click "Word options ".

2. Click "add-on ". Www.2cto.com

3. In the "manage" list, click "COM add-on", and then click "go ". 4. If an add-on is listed in the "COM add-on" dialog box, click to clear the check box for this add-on. If multiple add-ons are listed, click to clear only one add-on check box at a time. This process helps determine which add-on causes the problem. 5. Click OK to close the COM add-on dialog box. 6.
