There are three solutions for Windows 7 system computers to enter the system by Pressing F2 each time they start up.

Solution 1:

1. No software Drive or drive failure is installed on the computer, but a software drive is set in the BIOS. In this case, F2 is prompted;

 

2. In most cases, you only need to recover the default BIOS settings to restore the system to normal;

3. Some older motherboard default settings will also enable the soft Drive. After entering the BIOS, please select the first item "Standard CMOS Features ";

4. Set "Drive A" to "None" and "Floppy 3 Mode Support" to "Disable ";

5. Return to the BIOS settings page, select "Advanced BIOS Features", and press enter;

6. Set "Boot Up Floppy Seek" to "Disabled ";

 

7. Press F10 to save the file. Press ESC to exit BIOS settings and restart the computer.

 

Solution 2:

1. There is a button battery on the motherboard to maintain the BIOS settings and continue the clock running on the computer without power connection, this can also happen if the button battery is no longer powered. In this case, you need to first disconnect the power cord of the computer host and open the computer chassis;

 

2. Find the button battery on the motherboard;

 

3. Use a one-character screwdriver to slip the battery down;

 

4. Reinstall a new CR2032 battery;

 

5. Close the chassis, connect the power cord, and start the computer. Press DEL to go to BIOS settings and restore the default settings of the computer;

 

6. Save the settings and exit the BIOS and restart the computer.

 

Solution 3:

1. If the computer has a dual hard disk or multiple hard disks, or an optical drive, the BIOS settings are not updated after the hard disk or optical drive is detached from the computer;

 

2. The current computer motherboard generally has the automatic detection function of the hard drive. Go to the BIOS settings and select "Standard CMOS Features ";

 

3. Set the hard drive and optical drive to automatic detection.
