ThinkPad E550 machines with JBL speakers are set to disable the screen for one minute and then play music noisy or choppy.

HinkPad E550 machine, in power options, set to 1 minute to turn off the display, as shown in the following figure:

 

After the webpage or player plays music for a period of time, when the screen is off, the concert may be noisy or choppy.

 

 

If you use a speaker or headset, the playing effect is the same. Changing the motherboard or speaker is invalid.

Cause analysis:

This issue is related to the Intel graphics card driver.

Solution:

We recommend that you update the Intel graphics card driver to ipv19.15.4331 or later.
