After installation, go to system> system management and choose ThinkPad Fan Control. Click to start Tpfan. After installation, you must set it. Otherwise, it will not play any role. The setting value must also be fine-tuned based on different laptops and environments. First, select unlock, enter the user password, and then click the items similar to the thermometer. A menu will pop up and click at different temperatures, in the pop-up menu, select the fan speed ratio when the temperature is set. I uploaded my own settings page for your reference, which may not necessarily meet your needs.

Well, you can keep an eye on the temperature and you will hear that the fan is rotating.
