thinkphp Beginner, ask a few questions

I took the front-end page, the HTML placed below the corresponding index, the other resources are placed under the Public/home directory. Is that right?

According to my above, Access index () when the page can be rendered normally, but I used a redirect in index, want to render another login page, the login page only HTML file appears, all the pictures, js,css have not access to, what is the matter?
