Thinkstation does not have a self-check interface after it is started. It will not be displayed until it enters the WINDOWS interface.

Fault symptom:

Install Thinkstation with NVS 310 and connect to the VGA display by using the DP to VGA adapter. The self-check interface is not displayed until you enter the WINDOWS interface.

Lenovo DisplayPort-VGA dongle (PN is 57Y4393)

Solution:

1. Decompress the attachment file;

2. Double-click "ptn3393_f2x2.exe" and click "setup;

 

 

3. Wait until the installation is complete;

 

 

After the installation is complete, the system can be properly displayed after it is started.

Note:

If the update is successful, the VGA display will be interrupted once.

 

In addition, during the operation, be sure not to disconnect the monitor or power off abnormally.
