The problem occurs when you run a BCB compiled program on a machine that does not have the BCB software installed.
After you find Cg32.dll replication in BCB D:\Borland\CBuilder6\Bin\, run the program again

Codeguard detected error (s) in the program. A log file would be created.

The works shall be modified as follows
Click the "Project" menu-> Select the Codeguard tab in the Options submenu. Remove the first tick codeguardvalidation, and the other options are automatically dimmed. Click the "OK" button.

Recompile the run project, copy the generated EXE file to a machine that does not have the BCB software installed, and can pass. Delete the cg32.dll that you just copied and still run.
