I have reported this error when I run my website today. I am wondering how to report this error after this website has been running for so long, it turns out that the encryption algorithm based on the windows platform was used for caching. The solution is as follows:

Delete the node in the registry. Delete the FipsAlgorithmPolicy folder under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ System \ CurrentControlSet \ Control \ Lsa. Save and restart the program.
