This is Dell ??!!

Previously, the company purchased zhongbai's computers in bulk. It still feels good to use. If it is not because of the poor after-sales service, it may continue to choose zhongbai. after a new colleague arrives, he will transfer the brand to Dell.
The company bought a total of two Dell models, the specific model was forgotten, is a model without PS/2 interface! In all fairness, Dell looks really beautiful, the chassis is thick, and the radiator is strong enough. But today we have encountered a problem.
After my colleague turned off the monitor at noon, he turned it on again at work in the afternoon. The full display version was red-This picture I saw last year, but on the brand machine of the Golden Great wall that I bought when I was in my sophomore year; however, as long as the Great Wall is turned off and the monitor is turned on again, this Dell is like a magic, the red will not go. the next thing is funny. I called 800. The aftersales engineer said this was impossible and insisted on the serial number of the monitor. sorry, my colleague turned over the display and did not find it. I suspect that this one is not labeled, but I had to go over the other Dell of the same model I just bought in the morning. In addition to the service number on the host, the rest is the intel label. suspected to be a dealer (? Does it mean that the logistics service personnel are more appropriate? Let's call it a dealer first). After the dealer arrives, he connects the 800 service phone number to allow the dealer to communicate with 800. The unexpected result is even more ridiculous: Because the factory is too tight, so the serial number label is not attached. ---- it's really funny. Even the labels are "nervous" and there is no time to paste them. So the quality check should be done because "nervous" hasn't been done yet? The final result was that my colleague first used a 15-inch monitor from the dealer, and I suspected that the 17-inch display was assembled with waste parts and I had to go back to the factory first.
There are still some depressing things. The random drive is only the driver under XP, not 2 k! I called 800 and replied that I forgot to put the driver at the factory... however, in the second round, it was said that there was an agreement with Microsoft, and the camera was not randomly attached with a 2 k drive. I don't know which one is true? The result was a 800 E-MAIL from a colleague, Dell sent a URL to ask her colleagues to download the 2 k driver from the Internet.
But what makes me more strange is about the operating system. after the computer was taken back, the XP operating system was installed on the machine, but I rummaged through the box and did not find the OEM disk. call 800, check the order number, and find that the company did not select the OEM operating system when purchasing. obviously, the operating system must be pirated. some people may say, what is a big fuss? When I buy assembly machines, isn't XP pirated systems installed? This is where the problem is: the piracy of purchased assembly machines can be regarded as a personal behavior of customer service, while Dell installs the pirated operating system without asking the customer's opinion (in fact, due to work needs, we want to install 2 K, and then format and then install 2 K after installing XP), which is an enterprise action. according to Microsoft, individual installation and piracy are not pursued, but enterprises cannot tolerate installation and piracy. dell, isn't it a storm?
Let's talk about other things, but this is also a detail. Is there no PS/2 interface on the motherboard ?! Although the USB flash drive is rampant, Will PS/2 interface be eliminated now? And the provided mouse is actually a scroll wheel !?
Is Dell really getting worse in China?
