Telephone Interview.If the skills match, we will contact you to arrange a telephone interview. This phone call is used to determine whether thoughtworks is suitable for you and whether you are suitable for thoughtworks. In this phone interview, we need to reach an agreement on your attitude, motivation, salary requirements, willingness to travel, and so on to ensure that we both agree that it is appropriate. After that, many candidates will have a telephone technical interview with our consultants.
CodeEvaluation.Let's take a look at your code. A well-known term does not mean that a person is a developer. We believe that true software development skills cannot be fully demonstrated in a resume or interview. Therefore, before your first interview, we have a question that requires code writing, so that you can do it at home and then send it back to us by email.
Office interview.This is the beginning of real fun. We will invite you to one of our offices in Chicago, New York, San Francisco, Nashville, Calgary, Toronto, London, Melbourne, sysydney, Xi'an or Bangalore (Bangalore. First, we will make a set of assessment for you to help us measure how quickly you can learn new technologies, methodologies, and so on. Then, you will interview several thoughtworks employees so that we can have a better understanding of each other. Note: Although clothing should be formal in some occasions, try to wear casual clothes in our office. Most of the time, you wear a T-shirt or a Scotland Square. The effect is better than wearing a tie.
