Three conditions for Software Project Failure

The first-line software developers are programmers and program managers who decide the fate of the software. A good team of programmers and excellent management are essential to the success of software projects. Management is not a control, not getting stuck in the neck of people, because programmers are not a group of wild ducks. The purpose of management is to allow everyone to do a good job together and to make everyone happy and satisfied.

When an organization is under outstanding leadership, employees do not even know that they have been under leadership. When the project is completed, they will proudly say, "Let's see what we have achieved through hard work ". Therefore, managers should not remember that they are an official, but should always be aware that they are the main owners of their responsibilities.

We often hear people with titles of managers talking about it: "I don't know programming. Isn't it easy to build a project? I am going to assign a person to analyze the system and ask a few programmers to translate the requirements into a program. Isn't that okay ?"
People who do not understand English think that easy and OK are derogatory terms.

To make it easy to fail a software project, you only need to meet one of the following conditions:
(1) The project manager knows nothing about the software;
(2) the technical director is not interested in programming;
(3) programmers who really write code are hired on a temporary basis.

If the above three conditions are met at the same time, it is absolutely imperative.
