Three phases of project development-my experience

Software Engineering has multiple division methods for the development phase of the project, such as the waterfall model and iterative model. However, based on my experience in developing a project, the Design, Implementation, and perfection are indispensable, but the waterfall model only has one cycle, and the iterative model has multiple cycles. Next I will talk about my experiences in the three phases of project development.
There are three phases in the development of a project. The first stage is System Analysis and Architecture Design Phase. At this stage, we will mainly analyze the requirements and focus on the solutions, technologies, and overall architecture for system function implementation, After this phase is completed, you can find out whether the project can be implemented.The second stage is System implementation phase.It mainly uses the development platform and various tools to implement the specific functions specified in the technical solution in the first stage. This is the main stage with the largest workload and The key phase that determines the success or failure of the project requires a quick start to ensure the progress.The third stage is The final perfection and final troubleshooting stages. Whether a software can be called a qualified product or the quality of the product is critical at this stage. Some software seems to have implemented functions, but it is a bug when used. This is not software, nor a product, but a prototype. This stage is the most boring stage. It refers to the details of software, which is often cumbersome and time-consuming, but decisive. This is the last mile of success. You must complete the work at this stage to complete the project.
