First, the working principle of mailmate

Mailmate will run between your mail server and your email client software (such as Outlook, Foxmail, etc.), and the Mailmate schematic diagram is shown in Figure 1. Every once in a while it automatically checks and receives new messages, and according to the built-in filtering rules, the spam and normal messages are stored in separate virtual folders, and your email client software will no longer receive mail from the mail server, but directly from the mailmate end of the filtered normal mail, This is a distinct difference between it and other garbage filtering tools.

Second, the Mailmate Configuration Wizard

1, the first run of software will pop up the "Configuration Wizard", the first occurrence of the two dialog boxes are some of the features of the mailmate, you can click "Next" Skip, and then pop-up set up a number of e-mail account interface.

Click the Import Mail Account button to directly import mail accounts in Outlook, Outlook Express, or Eudora, but if you are using Foxmail or other mail client tools, you must click "Enter mail account Manually" in the pop-up "mail Account" The mail account is created manually in the dialog box.

Finally, click Finish to close the Configuration wizard. If your mail client software is Outlook, Outlook Express, or Eudora, you can use it with mailmate if you don't need to make any more settings.

Third, manually configure the mail client
