Three new experiences: Multi-practice, equality of all new technologies, hierarchical division and management of projects

Recently, I have some new experiences through my own project and communication with the same child:

First, more practices are required. There are about two reading books. First, you can get started. Second, I learned a lot, and it is difficult to find a lot of knowledge and APIs on my own. After all, I have to learn the platforms and knowledge that others have already provided, instead of the languages and platforms I have invented. However, reading books is not good, and the main defects are as follows:
1) no decent things can be used to convince people, and you are also guilty.
2) You cannot earn money from your core products.
3) In actual development, there will also be many problems. The first-hand development experience is not what the book can teach you, and others tell you that you do not understand either. For example, how to define a class and how to instantiate it in the book is the most superficial knowledge. When it comes to real projects, it is absolutely a big problem to use the class organization and management functions.
4) The book won't give you a wonderful example. The interface is extremely beautiful (through this 360 interface development experience), and the function is extremely powerful. The author of the book may not be able to do it himself.
5) I have read Li Wei's book several times and still cannot understand the core VCL context. Later, I spent a few months in my spare time studying the VCL source code. I found that Li Wei's book understood it at a glance and left many new questions that Li Wei did not discuss. It seems that reading is actually a helper, and I should be the main one.

Second, the new technology is indeed equal to everyone, and the experience of many people is at most a little faster. It's useless, instead of talking about all kinds of ideas. For example, there are countless details in FMX. You must carefully understand the details before you can really program and make useful things. This is not the case. However, given that there are too many details in programming (most of the time it is not as simple as checking the Manual), there are still many mistakes.

Third, through this project, we have a lot of experience in the Division and Management of class levels. I will modify this blog later to talk about my experiences.
