Design today we use Photoshop to do a cool halo effect, the steps are simple and the results are good.
Because this effect needs to use the polar coordinates filter, so we need to first build a large size square canvas, I set the size of the file to 1350x1350 pixels, the background color set to black.
Create a new layer on the background, select the Menu Rectangle Shape tool, and then select the third "fill pixel" menu on the property bar, and draw some small squares with the colors shown below to make the connection from left to right a line.
According to the method described above, six similar lines are plotted in sequence to occupy half of the entire picture. When drawing lines can be arbitrary, not binding a way to form a patchwork appearance.
Select the menu "Filter-skew-polar coordinates" and select the menu "plane coordinates to polar coordinates", which forms the shape of a circle. Use the Trim tool to remove the extra parts.
Press "Ctrl+t" to narrow the circle, select the menu "edit-warp-twist" to drag the node in the upper-left corner, and the circle will change to a tilted shape.
Below we will change the background color, select the menu gradient tool on the background layer and pull out a gradient from deep blue to light blue. Back to the layer on which the ring is located, select Menu "Layer-layer style-outer glow" to change the blending mode to "color Dodge", with the opacity changed to 25 and the size to 30 pixels. These values are not fixed, can be adjusted according to the size of the image and other factors. Such a technology-filled aura of cool glare is done.
