Three years after graduation

After three years of graduation, I changed my job and felt a lot of emotion. I would like to record my views.

I didn't want to enter the software industry before graduation. For programming courses, I basically want to refer to my roommates and I always want to know what the computer is, it is quite different from what people have played since childhood. They don't want to compete with their strengths with their own weaknesses. Besides, I am an extrovert. I am an activist at school. I always feel that it is more suitable for me to deal with people than to deal with computers.

Although there was a time difference between the financial crisis that broke out in the second half of when I graduated, the feeling of my graduates in was that the first graduation of the Expanded Enrollment, and the number of graduates suddenly increased, I feel like my work is not that easy to find. I went to an interview with a software industry. I took a look at the Olympics and signed a software company based in Tianjin with the idea of visiting Beijing. That's how we step into the software industry.

After watching the Olympics, I visited Beijing, and then the financial crisis came. The company's branch in Guangzhou was not doing well, and the result was another way out. When I got back to Guangzhou, a teacher enthusiastically introduced me to an enterprise in Shenzhen who was engaged in RFID technology. During the interview, the boss said that money was not a problem and money was sad, as a result, I was asked for a health check after I got in. After the housing was settled, I told me that I would spend 2000 a month (crazy) and watched the New Year's Eve. In addition, it hindered the face of the introducer, no worries left. Later, I took the attitude of learning technology first, and spent a year in Shenzhen with the salary for living expenses. The boss told us that young people do not care about their current salary. In the future, you will find that your salary for one month is more than that for the first 10 years. Unfortunately, he did not give me any reason to support me for 10 years. A camera is installed in every corner of the company. It is basically abnormal that my boss can monitor every computer screen in the office, and I choose to leave. I can't stand this kind of environment. Just one year after the contract expires, I left Shenzhen and went back to Guangzhou to enter a small company. Although I was hired by a software outsourcing company that was dispatched to Huawei at the time, I still went to a small company, mainly because I felt that my technology was not confident, I also want to learn from small companies.

From 2600 to 3800 when I left, my work environment and cultural atmosphere were much better than that in Shenzhen. My boss was a one year younger than me and taught me many things with patience. The company is small, and employees get along very well. However, when I graduated for three years, I realized that I had no savings in the past three years. The CPI has risen far beyond standard, and pork has more than doubled since I graduated. Although the company is quite good, development is also good, and wages cannot rise. The pressure of life is quite high. If you have been thinking about it for a lifetime, a company will find it and ask if you are interested in providing competitive compensation. I think it is a big company of a listed company. I think it is good to go through it. As a result, I think of a reason to quit the company in Guangzhou.

I have been working for a new company for one month, and I miss my previous company. Sometimes think about whether it is really worthwhile to leave for such a higher level of treatment.

Three years after graduation, I have been to four companies, from Java to C ++, and then to C # and Delphi. Now I am back to C ++, it's not a familiar VC but a CBC. I felt that I had gone through a lot and gave up a lot.

Due to the pressure of life, I have chosen to change to such companies. Sometimes I feel that I am not very rational. But it is always in the right direction. This plan is coming soon. Let's talk about it in year 35.
