My university is a little not well-known colleges and universities, backward environment, teachers, education, thinking. In college, I found that I did nothing but read, and that I was not reading much better. From birth to now I can debt settled the housework to pick up my finger. See oneself also fast is to have a family of person, oneself but still mengmengdongdong, like a child. To tell you the truth, I want to start a family early. But they have too many unsatisfactory places, their shortcomings too much. And these shortcomings, precisely can only be made up by time. I cannot rely solely on the help of my parents or others, but on my own.

I am a person with no family background, only rely on their own wisdom and hard work to change the hope of tomorrow. My dream is to open an influential company, sometimes I may ask too much of myself. But this is the dream, people have to struggle, do not try how to know that they will not succeed. At the same time, I do not want to my grandfather, father as a lifelong farmer. Live like that face to the loess, back to the sky, living a stereotyped life. Such a day is not what I was expecting. While this is a way of life, it does not bring anything of value to anyone.

After the university internship and training, I take the ideal, with longing. Came to the capital Beijing, Beijing has never been a lack of talent in the city, you can not be someone else, there is always better than you, better than you. Come to Beijing to find a job, I still count is more fortunate, I internship of the company is an outsourcing company, I am responsible for the Street View pictures of the finishing. This is a fairly non-technical work. After three months, I chose to quit because I couldn't stand the way they managed. I also invested a lot of resumes on the internet before I left. But not many companies answer, and finally a company to me to the olive branch (this is the company I am now-Beijing Golden Network Antai Information Technology Co., Ltd., which is an e-commerce software development company) This has become the backing of my resignation. The reason is I want to learn technology, learn to settle down

Came to the present company, I know a lot of their shortcomings, so I have been studying Linux operations, so I have been neglecting the work, so that the manager gave me the task, I did not on time, according to quality, by volume of the completion. In the end, all backfired. The specific reason is that the job is a bit biased network and miscellaneous, to learn a lot of things. And I also want to transform to do Linux operations, cause their energy is not enough, so it produced such a result. But I will never learn too much, too miscellaneous and to find excuses to say that they quit, this is not an excuse can not become an excuse, people are living, technology is dead, if you will not be flexible, you learn things will always be dead. So there's going to be a company that wants me and keeps me? My answer is I'm afraid not!

So I changed the old way of learning, and I had to change new ways of learning. That is the first to do their job, and then in the premise of doing a good job, to spend energy to learn other knowledge.

I would also like to make 3 suggestions for my work:

1, must find a better way to solve their own problems

3, learn to use automated operation and maintenance
