Export contacts to Local,
Input your QQ number decompression, decompression file copied to the phone SD card has created a folder--backup--dta--condact
Right-click to rename to CONTACT.VCF save.

Select the lower right corner feature selection--Import from SD card--To find the saved CONTACT.VCF file selection start,
