Solution:

In the Thunderbolt 7 "Configuration Center" you can set the font for the software. Open the Configuration Center, select basic settings, select Appearance Settings, and in the other settings on the right, you can change the font and set the font to Arial.

Change the font to "XXFarEastFont-Arial" and the software font will be displayed correctly.
